Service Description
MagicSight provides AI chart readings, Bazi and astrology charts, synastry, personality tests, tarot, I Ching and Today guidance to support self-understanding, relationship reflection and daily review.
All content is for personal reflection and entertainment reference only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychotherapy or other professional advice.
User Commitments
You must provide a real, lawful and usable registration identifier and keep your login credentials secure.
You may not use MagicSight for unlawful activity, harassment, bulk scraping, reverse engineering, system security attacks or infringement of others' rights.
Charts, Relationship Data and Other People
When you create a chart or synastry profile for another person, you should have a reasonable basis for using that information and respect their privacy. Do not use another person's birth details, relationship information or conversations for harassment, surveillance, discrimination or public exposure.
MagicSight may let you save profiles for partners, friends, family members, colleagues, clients or other relationship contexts. These records are for your own understanding and communication reference, not authorization to publish the other person's data.
Subscriptions and Entitlements
Some features may require a subscription or paid plan. Benefits, prices, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the purchase screen and the applicable Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play rules. An active Stripe subscription must be canceled before account deletion.
When chart creation capacity is insufficient, MagicSight may save a local draft and guide you toward upgrading so you can continue the creation flow you already started.
AI Outputs and Your Judgment
AI readings may contain incomplete, overly general or unsuitable content for a specific situation. Use them together with real information, professional advice and your own judgment, and do not treat them as the sole basis for major decisions.
If content creates strong anxiety, fear, dependency or impulsive behavior, pause the relevant feature and prioritize support from trusted people or professionals.
Content, Intellectual Property and Sharing
MagicSight's interface, text, visuals, algorithmic organization and report templates are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reuse them in a competing service without permission.
You may save or share your own reading summaries for personal use, but avoid exposing other people's privacy, sensitive birth details, complete conversations or out-of-context fragments that may mislead others.
Service Changes and Disclaimer
We may adjust, suspend or terminate parts of the service for product, security, legal or operational reasons and provide notice where reasonable.
MagicSight is provided as is and does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI readings or their suitability for individual decisions.
Questions and Updates
If you have questions about subscriptions, accounts, data deletion, content boundaries or service use, contact us through the in-app feedback entry. We handle requests based on actual orders, account state and service logs.
These Terms may change as product features, payment channels and legal requirements evolve. Continued use of MagicSight means you understand and accept the updated service rules.
