Information We Collect
MagicSight may collect registration identifiers, birth date, birth time, birth place, chart data, relationship context, conversation content, subscription status and feedback when you choose to provide them.
If you use photo-related features such as palm or face readings, we process the relevant images only after permission is granted and explain the purpose, storage approach and deletion path before the experience.
How We Use Information
We use this information to generate Bazi, astrology, synastry, Today guidance, AI conversation context, membership entitlement checks, troubleshooting and product safety controls.
MagicSight does not sell your birth details, charts, conversations or photos to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
AI Processing Boundaries
To generate readings, MagicSight may send the minimum context required for the request to underlying AI services. We aim to reduce unrelated personal information and keep outputs focused on self-reflection, communication and daily review.
MagicSight does not provide medical, legal, investment or other professional advice, and does not describe any reading as deterministic fate.
Local Drafts and Chart Limits
If you cannot save a new chart because a plan limit is reached, MagicSight may keep the name, birth time, birth place, relationship type and other fields you already entered as a local draft so you can continue after upgrading.
Local drafts are meant to prevent repeated input after you have already spent effort filling a form. You can continue from the draft later or clear it yourself.
Third-Party Services and Payment Channels
Login, subscriptions, push notifications, payments, crash analysis or AI generation may rely on third-party infrastructure. When a feature requires it, we share only the information needed to complete that function and follow the relevant service rules.
Stripe (Web), Apple App Store (iOS), and Google Play (Android) independently process orders, cards or payment methods, refunds, invoices, and subscription renewals. MagicSight stores only account binding, entitlement checks, and necessary subscription state.
Retention, Deletion and Export
Charts, relationship data, test results and conversations are kept while your account exists to provide a continuous experience. After you delete a chart, clear conversations or delete your account, we delete or anonymize relevant data within a reasonable time unless retention is required for legal, safety or settlement reasons.
When MagicSight provides report export, share pages or long-term memory features, we prioritize understandable controls, scope descriptions and deletion paths so sensitive context remains manageable.
Security and Access Controls
We protect user data with authentication, permission controls, encrypted transmission, log auditing and minimum-access principles. Internal members and service processes may access relevant information only as needed for support, troubleshooting, safety and product service.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we discover abnormal access, data risk or account safety issues, we will take reasonable remedial steps and notify affected users when required.
Your Controls
You can view, update or delete chart data in the App, and you can request account deletion with associated data removal.
